OEM glass was not an upcharge. The guys came out same day I called and did excellent work. Definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Derek for repairing a rock chip on my windshield today. From the moment I called him, he was friendly, professional, and responsive. He explained the repair process clearly and scheduled the appointment promptly. From my initial call to the completed repair, the entire process took only about an hour and fifteen minutes. Derek arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the repair with great attention to detail. The chip was repaired neatly and cleanly, and his workmanship was truly professional. It's clear that Derek takes pride in his work and values his customers' time. If you're looking for someone who is honest, reliable, skilled, and provides quality windshield repair at a fair price, I highly recommend Derek. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to family and friends.

Derek was awesome. He was able to do a same day repair on my Tesla windshield saving me a bunch of money. The crack was pretty deep giving an almost black color from the inside because of the way it cracked and light was passing through it. Derek has this thing 98% gone. No feel of the crack from the surface, and just a tiny spec after the resin. Even better than I could’ve imagined. Thanks so much for the excellent work

I had an issue with the weather stripping on my passenger-side doors that was starting to disintegrate, so I reached out to Derek for a quote. He asked for a few photos to better understand the problem, and after reviewing them, he quickly determined that the issue was cosmetic rather than functional. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Derek clearly explained the situation and gave me several options—ranging from walking me through how to fix it myself to save money, to purchasing the parts and having him install them, or having him handle everything end-to-end. I decided to attempt the repair myself, but I was genuinely impressed by how helpful and straightforward he was. It’s refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes the customer’s best interest rather than pushing the most expensive option. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again and would highly recommend his services.

I had a cracked windshield with three separate cracks, and Derek came out to my home to fix it. He was genuinely one of the nicest, most trustworthy people I’ve dealt with in any service industry. His pricing was very reasonable, he arrived on time, and he finished the job quickly. The quality of his work is outstanding—you can barely even see where the cracks were. It’s basically just a faint smudge now, and the repairs look far better than I expected. Having someone this reliable and honest, especially as a mobile service, is rare. I’m extremely satisfied and will absolutely call him again if I ever need glass work in the future. Highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for fast, professional, and honest service.
